I know you don't stay in front of your PCs 24/7 (at least I hope you don't). We all have work to do, or a school to attend. Some of you have kids. Some of us have homeworks. And, according to silverwhisper and JadeLondon, most of us have insomnia, too.

Exercising is a great way to get toxins out of your body, worries out of your head, and fat off your belly. Some do it to look good. Some for the benefits of the body. What's true is that healthy people exercise and work out, since a long time ago. Early cave people had to run a lot to catch some food, and walk a lot from freezing places to warmer places, picking up food. It's natural to humans. It's something we do by definition.

Still, not all of us do the same things. Some like to play tennis, and some like to play football and/or soccer. Others won't even play a sport, but do some aerobics or practice some yoga. It's a matter of taste, of how you feel when doing what you do. I, for instance, love karate, running, tennis and work outs with weights. And I feel great after I'm done.

So, I know you do something... in your busy, busy life, you take time out to work out, play some sports or just walk around the park. I would like to know what you do to exercise your body, that great machine life or God, or whatever you believe in, has provided you to store your soul here in Earth.

Do you play a sport? Do you just work out? Are weights your thing? Tell me, I'll be glad to know!

I have always had great respect for people with physical prowess. Seems no matter what I do, I suck at sit-ups, pull-ups, and the like. I can work like a dog all day, stand on my feet with minimal complaint...But an athelete I am not. *sigh*

I'm a walker and have done a blog on how it makes me feel. I'm also into light weights as a means to tone. I swim and hike with the kids; but don't consider myself an athlete in the least. I'm just trying to keep in shape and stay healthy.

JadeLondon: I also suck at sit-ups and pull-ups (one... that's all the pull-ups I'm able to do... ONE! LOL). I bet it's just that you haven't found that sport that is just for you. A matter of taste. That's also a factor. Many of you work all-day long, and tireness is way too much. It's a matter of finding a balance, or else you'll work yourself to death. secretlife: I'll be sure to check out your blog. Keep in shape and stay healthy, reasons enough to do some work out weekly, of course. They're also my main reasons, but also... there's a girl. There's always a girl :P

Basketball? I love it! I almost entered the team last year, but I used to be so shy and afraid of new things, I couldn't dare to return for the 2nd practice.

LOL, you must get in shape soon! Next time, after just one game, you'll be benched for the rest of the day. J/K
