today i was reminiscing of my trip to cape tribulation just two weeks ago. i thought about how drunk i was and kind of remembered an interesting topic. a friend asked me what was my most life-changing moment. we all sat there quite unsure of what to say but soon enough, we all had answers.
i think for me, i would have three life-changing experiences.
1. my parents getting divorced. i often wonder what it would have been like if my parents were still together.
2. getting the job at the language school. it has completely changed my view on life. i really appreciate the experience to meet people from all over the world and the chance to get an insight to their culture.
3. my little sister having a baby at the age of 16. this has also really changed my view on everything. my sister is my inspiration. she was pregnant at the age of 15 and had her baby just two weeks after her 16th birthday. her baby boy is four months old and just gorgeous. she studied the whole time during her pregnancy and went back to her online studies two weeks after having her baby. she has now gone back to her school (an all girls catholic school) and everyone is so supportive of her. once she finishes school, she wants to study sports medicine or sports nutrition. i can't believe how strong she is to do full time study and look after her baby when she comes home from school.
anyway, my question to you now is-what is a life-changing moment for you?
look forward to reading what your moments are...
