Hes been trying to hook it up to the internet for two days now! He went with a router from our cable provider, and he is having trouble accessing the internet. 'Bout to drive me crazy watching him trying to figure it out....

do you have another laptop you can plug in to the router? If so, see if that one works. Then you'll know if the problem is the router or the laptop. -

thanks bloc, that is exactly what he did, and he found that all he had to do was disable the 28 digit code, and now it is working fine. -
