Kindness
I express the Christ Spirit of goodness that is inherent in my heart.
In quiet, reflective moments, I acknowledge the Christ Spirit within, which is the source of my true spiritual nature. This sacred presence guides me in relating with people and helps me treat them as I wish to be treated. I know how good I feel when I receive a kind word or deed. As I let my actions exemplify the Christ Spirit of goodness and caring that is inherent in my heart and soul, I show up as the real me. 
 
 I know that kindness shared multiplies and has a ripple effect as it radiates from one heart to another.
Word by word, deed by deed, I live the Golden Rule and give thanks that it is being expressed by others.

    i'll hurt myself before i'd hurt anyone else. this is wrong too, myself houses the spirit and i should take better care if it. if i could do for/to myself as i do others....i would be awhole lot happier! *smile*
