I have been thinking a lot about the professor who desecrated the Eucharist.  Many people do not believe that Christ transforms a piece of bread into his body and blood, soul and divinity.  I can understand how difficult this is to believe.  Over the centuries God has provided us with the physical evidence of the transformation that occurs in the Eucharist.  People have seen flesh and blood in the Eucharist.  One of the Eucharistic Miracles happened in 1995 in Massachusetts.  Another happened in Hawaii in 1994.
