  here is how I deal with the anxiety of performing like the ones you are facing...

  if you are supposed to be there and it will turn out to be a dream job, you will ace the task whether you worry or not. If you are not supposed to be there becuase, say, you are going to be struck by lightning on the second week of product training, would you really want the job?
  No. So what will be , will be. You are given the desires of your heart by God, so if it is something you like, you will prob. succeed! good luck! M

  I don't think you're an ice queen.  I think you just don't give other people's attitude the weight they expect you to, and that's good.  If a guy would ignore or be rude just because you're better than him at something he's not worth the energy to worry about.
   
  Do your best on the test and I'm sure it will be more than enough.  Consider bribing yourself with let's say a manicure if you get a score of over "X" on the test.  That always motivates me.

  you are different things to differernt people, just like everyone is. to some, you're the ice queen, as you've said. to some, you're the friend. you can break it down in several different ways. the question you should really ask is, does it bother you that you're the ice queen to some people, and would you like to change that about yourself?
