it's a skill i'm learning in DBT class.

to do things with your whole mind.
to only focus on the task at hand no matter what it is.

i'm not doing very well at it....in fact....i jumped over from something else i was doing to post this cause it hit me that i wanted to.....this is all part of this whole big plan to get my life on track.
i hope it lasts longer than it usually does this time around.

    well, basically you just focus on what you're doinmg. no matter what it is.....no more multitasking.
    and if you have to multitask....realize you are doing it....and do it mindfully.

    it's hard. but i guess i'll get better at it with practice.
