  Wish.  She is cute. We bought her in St. Petersburg and also the little one.

  The first year without my Grandmother at Christmas time was difficult.  My Dad put up an old ornament of hers on my Christmas tree near the bottom.  She was his mother.  When we lit up the tree, the round ornament reflected an angel on the wall.  It brought tears to his eyes and he's SO not into "that stuff" but he was at that moment!  OH!  Days later, he was visiting us and brushed against the tree and the ornament smashed!  We got a laugh because he was "Mr. Accidental" to my Grandmother who actually had a collection of the nesting babuska dolls!

  Rolling.  Yes, I was alone at home and my husband had been working all day. No, one here and it is unusual. I felt a bit bored because I'm not completely well again and this gave me a nice surprise and something to do. I took a picture and posted it.

  Your little angel babushka is so pretty.  I think those are adorable.  My daughter has a set she got from her grandmother, but yours are prettier.  I love the little figures painted on her front.  :)

  Mimi.  It is a pretty one. I first bought it for mama but she only hides it now so I took it home. The very little one I was considering for her too but I found out that she could not handle such little things anymore so I bought it for me. I bought also some for the grand kids.
