Do you need to have the Social Security numbers of the people you want to investigate or can you search with just the persons name and address? Also, how often does the site ask for money for simple search. E.g.: will I have to pay for all information at all times? ANSWER:
No, in most cases you only need a name to do searches. Sometimes just a last name will get you started.
