  Dear Jessi,

  I do respect your opinion, and I understand your concern, along with your thinking on this. 

  I have spoken to my granddaughter about this, and told her about the pedophilla on this site.  She says it is everywhere, and that she prefers not to allow anyone to steal her joy of posting her son's picture on her site, which she has, and on a couple of sites besides.

  She encourages me to continue posting family pictures, because likewise she doesn't want someone stealing my joy of being able to do what grandmas do and brag about grandchildren.

  I am definitely the grandma who sits down and shows pictures of kids, grandkids, etc.  It is what grandmas do.

  If what I am doing is furnishing more pictures that feed "their" fetish, it is not I but them who have the problem.  That would be to me like having to cover my body from head to toe because I might be around a rapist, and I wouldn't want to entice him.

  I don't know that anything "feeds" them, they feed themselves with their own thoughts.  They don't need outside stimulus. 

  Sorry if this frustrates you, but like my granddaughter, I don't want anyone stealing my joy of posting family pictures on my blog.

  Dee:  With all due respect to each of you, thats bullshit in 2008.
  
  I say this due to the fact that each of you are capable of maintaining a Flickr Account as a member thereto.
  
  As a member of Flickr, you own your pictures and also have FULL control over "who" see's your personal family photographs without feeding those of the nature of Fritt77.  In other words you maintain full control regarding access.  No freedoms or rights lost in that fashion.  Just being what is otherwise known as a  : Responsible Adult.
  
  Several options are available to include..... Private (no one but you sees) Friends (only viewed by those whom you approve) and Public (all see).
  
  In this fashion, not only can you enjoy exactly that of which appears more important to each of you than some freak ejaculating over printouts of your youngest family members, which is your decisions as you indicate and rightfully so.
  
  I just thought I would point out another method of enjoying those same freedoms in a more responsible and controllable method than you currently employ to assure yourself of your rights over those of the child who rights to privacy are obviously null in order to assure your own.
  
  Yur choice, I would hope however, my Grand Mother and or Mother would take the high road and first at least consider who she showed my children To !  Rather than haphazardously tossing my face or theirs and/or bodies into the air stream for any and all to do with as they wish (photochemistry/photoshop) can put that cute lil red head of a grandson in many a child porn situations if selected by the ilk of the trade for marketing).

  Jess, she thought our site was like hers, hers is private, anyhow, I debated whether to post it or not, but she knows in the past i have and suggested i do so.  It is better not to post that of children.
