  It's a proven fact that pain management (i.e. controling pain) improves the recovery of patients.  Yes, it's good to know that you're in pain, but once that's established it's prudent to manage it so that you are able to bear it.
   
  In other words, my friend, I hope you got yourself to a doctor or medicine cabinet.

  Okay okay everyone I took pain relief pretty soon after posting this... I was at home alone and feeling mighty sorry for myself.. actually I knocked myself out with a couple of doozy fortes.. feeling sore still but better.. sorry if I worried anyone but man.. when you are a lone and in pain it kind of scares the shit out of you.

  I did hon... I don't usually take pain control so when I dropped two panadine fortes I was amazed at how quickly they worked and quickly I fell asleep. Today I'm on normal panadol which seems to be working fine.

  I was ready to go on the hunt for you. When found I was gonna tie you down (yes, I have lots of rope to hand *winks*), clamp a peg on your nose (you'd be amazed what's in my toy box *giggle*) and force some Anadin Ultra down that throat of yours.  then I would have sat on you till you fell asleep.

  So glad you took some painkillers my girl!  Promise us all here that love you though Luce - if it's something that you don't usually suffer with, something that hasn't been diagnosed at all, drag your ass to the doctor just to get it checked out.  Crazy suffering if you don't have to.
