so last week, i was splitting my time: mornings in the new department, afternoons in the old. and i was looking forward to starting monday in the new department, full-time.
except last thursday i learned i'd be repeating that schedule monday morning, and then friday afternoon, i learned that all of monday would be spent in the old department.
heh...if i didn't know better, i'd wonder if my old department is having separation anxiety. :D
now, the thing about monday is that they were short-handed so they needed someone to help pitch in, and i guess it was easiest to handle it this way.
so now, depending on how one counts, it's either day 6 in the new department or day 1.
all i know is that it's time for a new chapter in the book of my life. :>
