  i have some really great memories of those times.

  haha, that's funny...I don't drink coffee AT ALL, but when I come to work, I'm a coffee (with extra extra sugar) addict!  lol.  I used to work for this company called cablevision in NY as a tech support guy...so I know how call centers work..  I hope you have a great time and good luck!!

  yes, coffee is the key to many people's job success :)  I know my boss doesn't ask anything of me until my coffee cup is done.

  I love coffee.  Ever since I was little I was drinking cafe con leche and they had to cut down on the coffee after dinner 'cause I'd stay up and not go to sleep until after midnight. LOL
  I think you're going to love your new job.   Call center huh? Small world we live in !
