OK, so I will admit that I am a habitual diet and exercise failure. I find every excuse to give up. Some times I will be doing so great and have lost half of my goal weight, only to let something simple bring my success to a halt. My question is, what hinders anyone from continuing or starting their diet/exercise routine?
