Lucy - I was thinking along the lines of Lucious Lucy, spunkiest dame in the West. I have no idea what a Wattle seed is. Care to educate me?
ET - I hadn't even thought of Ice Cream Cake! I'm also a little worried that a pin cushion has sprung up on your desk.
1. most unusal item on my desk is clutter, for the work area - dirt. i love my life! haha
2. gave me ice cream morning, evening and night!
3. Howdy, folks call me Spitfire!
4. i could give you a great tour of the tri-states. We would go boating/fishing, hiking and camping. Then off to a great Ma and Pa eatting place. *smile*
5. i'd rather be a Chef.
(Uni, what kind of pie? I just made a cherry pie this evening.)
SL - love the nic name!! I don't know about the mechanic thing though. You seem pretty sharp, so after they show you how the tools work ........
wombie - LOL help finding the group. I take it there is history behind that remark?
TIO - pan flute? Wow, I'd like to see that. Yes, your red hair would certainly make a nic name easy to come up with.
Zayda - are you an antiquer? That milk jug definately sounds like you enjoy the thrill of antique hunting.
moon - I'd think a lizard on my desk would raise a few eyebrows! You need to try the ice cream cake thing. It sounds good.
MM - OMG!! Homemade cherry pie! I am definately coming to see you some day. We'll discuss that college thievery and your trophy tray then. ;)
TS - With a nic name like Calamity Jay I worry about you in either the chef or mechanic profession. Both have great potential for bodily injury if you're not careful.
Wish - I dunno. The spare computer for me seems to fit right in with my way of life presently.
Eilan - LOL Hopalong Harpy!!! Is there more to that?!! You suprise me with the rolaids on the desk. Here I imagined all kinds of stuff.
hotaka - are you a star wars fan? your collection sounds interesting. I've been guilty of buying stuff just to collect a series of "something".
SW - aren't they cool? Mine was a gift from one of my bosses. They know how much I like unusual stuff. How about Seafood Smackin' Silver?
queenie - okay, you win for the most unusual item. I suspected you'd go the way of the chef on that last question.
1. a pair of underpants (small)
2 ice cream everytime---with digestive biscuits crushed into it.
3. The educator
4.I have no home town...maybe answer to 3 should be wandering soul
5.Mechanic
Loved this, made me think!
Would you believe I have the same Temp thermometer? But my most unusual item would be a coupon for $1.00 from a grocery store that closed in 1955.
Cake or ice cream? Poppyseed cake please with whipped boiled honey frosting.
Nickname? Wild Bill Hiccup.
Tour guide? You betcha! One of my favorite activities.
Chef or mechanic? I've no delusions about being a mechanic but I do harbor a semi-secret wish to be a chef.
Zayda - those are the best purchases. The ones that catch your eye. I'm not a huge antiquer myself, but I have a few things. My most prized antique is a soda bottle. The type with the kink in the neck and the glass ball inside to keep the fizz in. It's relatively common, but for reasons I can't explain it is my favorite.
botoni - I had to giggle at that coupon. Strangely enough I think that's cool. Now that's what you call real patience. Waiting for the store to reopen :)
