I was not able to post yesterday because I was swamped with things to do all day. 
 
Weight: 122.4
 
Breakfast: 2 roti (parathas) with fried egg, mango smoothie.
 
Midmorning snack: cantalope slices.
 
Lunch: Asian Chicken Salad.
 
Afternoon snack: chocolate banana.
 
Dinner: Chicken tikka masala, 2 roti (parathas), 1 samosa, and water to drink.
