There should be a law to prevent people from posting stories and pictures like this. I think I can actually smell cinnamon and baking bread coming in through your pictures.   Your bread does look good!  For reason's I certainly cannot explain this bread makes the house smell wonderful much more than the average bread.  Maybe it's the sentiment that goes with it.

  U-I: Oh, I definitely think it's the sentiment that goes with it. Today, I have packages of starter winging their way to New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Ohio. I have some friends who are super stoked to be getting starter. :)

  U-I: I know; it's it cool? :) I kept 1/2 cup of starter for myself so that I can do at least one more batch to take to some of my colleagues at work now that the semester is drawing nearer.
  
  
  QP: It certainly is yummy. My little guy can be a sometimes picky eater--in that he doesn't like to try new things very often so we wheedle him into it. And he LOVES it!
