Yes this is my life and has been for almost four years. I am a server at a popular restaurant nicknamed by insiders as the "Dirty Bird." You'll soon learn through my blogs why this establishment has earned itself such a name.
I started serving as a naive highschool student looking for some extra cash, but thanks to pervert, unreasonable mangement, rude, cheap customers, and the drama that ensues between coworkers; I have become a cynical college student with a need to vent and share my stories of working in the restaurant business.
Since the "Dirty Bird" is never short of craziness check back with me weekly for updates. If you've ever worked in the food industry than you'll find disfunction is common in restaurants and you'r not alone.
