Giving birth doesn't equal parenting. The kids should be raised by K-Fed and relatives. Pinning custody on THE HOPE someone will change is like betting on winning the lottery instead of investing for retirement. It may happen but be realistic. Biology allows a woman to give birth. It doesn't give her the skills required for parenting. One or two years is long enough to know who is good and who is bad. It is ironic that the better parent is K-Fed but it's true.
As for her problems (THE REAL BRITNEY SPEARS), it is not her fault she has mental health issues and problems with drugs and alcohol, given her past. The kids cannot be returned to her out of sympathy because that is not a good basis for custodial rights.
