Sorry I haven't been around of late -- I haven't even been reading my favorite blogs. Just checking my last conversations, the last update of which was three days ago.
I went camping for a week with my family up in the Cascade Mountains in Washington State. We had a good time even though the weather was only nice for the first two days and then the last day -- every other day had rain or showers off and on.
I've started my community college class and I certainly didn't spend enough time on my first assignment. I turned it in kinda incomplete but it worked. In all fairness, though, it was kind of a tough first assignment.
So anyway, that's all. I wish I had more time to spend but as I've said before I've also got other places I hang out, but I'll try not to be such a stranger.

In a way, I wish all of my friends hung out in the same place so I could visit them all at once!

Hi Tin, I am SO jealous... you were in the Cascades? I love, love it there. We used to go camping there on hwy 20. One of the most beautiful roads in the country as far as I am concerned. :) -

quietone -- Oh, you know it really is God's country, right? Rain forest and all. I mentioned in one of my early blogs (and I think I had pictures, too) how you could see a good section of the Cascades from my parents' house. I know where Highway 20 is, I've driven across the Santiam Pass, which is closer to where we live than where we actually camped. In fact, my brother used to live in a house out at Detroit, OR, which is actually on Highway 22 but they're really quite close together.
