Some of my coworkers are real jerks. They routinley pick on people who threaten their position or knowledge. Its like a frat house initiation that never ends in acceptance but provdes hours of meaningless entertainment for the jerks. I stay out of the fray most the time, but feel bad for those that get cought up in it. It sucks to work in a place like this. Do you have jerk coworkers too?
