Going for a walk
In Christianos
This is good for mammy Thor said.
We said we would go to the beach tomorrow.
On the way home the church in Christianos
Playing cards on the balcony
Full moon
Still playing cards on the balcony.
We did not get up until 10. We stayed in and Pálmi made an omelet for the kids. We went to the Co op and I took the kids to the pool where we played for two hours. I made dinner that we had on the veranda and in the evening we went down to Christianos.
The other grandmother and grandfather gave the kids 30 euros each and they bought things. Thor bought toys and Freyja earrings and necklaces. Freyja had 16 Euros left when we came home to Iceland but Thor had used all his money.
He insisted on buying a camera that he can only use once. I have not yet seen his pictures.
We had a nice evening in town and afterwards we played cards at home.
Pálmi needed a cassette for his video camera. We entered an Indian shop and the man wanted to sell the cassette for 30 Euros. No way we were leaving when he lowered his price to 5 Euros which is a fair price so we bought it.
Thor saw some nice T shirts and said they were good for his mammy. We agreed and bought two.
We have promised the kids to take them to the beach tomorrow.
