Okay so I've gone through a little growth spirt over the last month or so and needed a new bra.

This is no small task, the last time I bought one I was a 32B or in Oz speak 10B.  Now I looked at those cups and then looked at my err MELONS and realised that I ain't no B cup anymore.

So with five in the dressing room I began to disrobe and cross my damn fingers... the problem with Bra's these days if you are a larger than average cup size pretty does not exist and I will be damned if I'm wearing a granny bolder holder... frankly it was disappointing, like a slap in the face that if you actually have large breasts you aren't sexy enough for a pretty bra!

So off to the speciality store, where the prices a real special too (ouch) anyway, I know the lady there and I simply said, desperate, pretty 34D please, as many as you have and NOT push ups, they're big enough, nothing stupidly twee like orange and purple teeny colours... she laughed then through me about 5 bra's.

Anyway I walked out of there with two very lovely bra's, I'm a shit load poorer but heck you have to be nice to boobs cause they can lash back at you by dropping an inch or two with the wrong treatment.

But really, isn't that a little big? 34 D thats a 12 D that to me is like two bassive rockmelons, way more than a handful, way too much for a little nibble thats what I call damn suffocation, yep my new suffocation devices look very alluring in the oraton bra (aqua lacey number) and my everyday skin toned two coloured  ~  they aren't as big as they seem!

Who else finds it difficult to find decent bra's & for the men, what really is too big....

i have a really common size, so i don't really have trouble finding them-
but i'm like you-  i like the pretty ones, and they come at a cost!
i love buying underwear.  and i LOVE aqua!!!!!

I must be an odd size, and I'm picky, so it's like nails on a chalkboard shopping for bras.  I'm large chested and have broad shoulders which is a fatal combination.  I'm a 40D, so finding a pretty lacey thing means a trip to an upscale shop.

Its just so frustrating... bastard bra makers think that we all have b cups that need push ups! don't you think thats hilarious! imagine unique being handed a super dooper booby pusher in either a 34 or 40 D!!

Secret, aqua usually doesn't suit me but the colourings on this bra are supreme! it cost a hundred... ouch!

oh that's an ouch!  i've never paid that much for just one bra!
but if you love it, it's money well spent!

I know... believe me I don't usually but I haven't bought one for over a year... the one I did have left was dead! so I figured if I had bought 4 over the last year then that would make up for a hundred bucks... not including the cost of the other bra... my husband hasn't seen the bill yet, I think I'll need to maybe get him drunk... then tell him while I'm wearing it.

i know what you mean lucy!!!

being a chubby girl i find it difficult finding a c cup!!!

    you see most filipina's are either a or b... but i am a c!!!

well, that's the curse of having big breasts... =)

I HATE shopping for bras.  36D here, and usually I buy something cheap, knowing that it will be terrible, it will hurt, and I will be hanging low.  Then I suck it up, got to vickie's, spend $150, and bitch about how much it cost.

Lord, the couple of times I've worn a push up bra I've felt like I looked like barbie or something.  I could shelter small children from rain and such.  I'm sure there are men who like that kind of thing, but it's not all that comfortable at my size.

I´ve heard that most women buy a wrong size of a bra. Anyway we can get a measure in the special shops. Bet you look great since you only need 34 and then a big cup. Used to use 34 b but my dear that was years ago. lol

Lucy. Anyone who isn't an A or B cup has trouble shopping for bras that are pretty. I hate it. And when someone comes along with something fairly nice, they take it off the market in no time at all. Not about to reveal my size but let's say that most men have talked to my chest all of my life. Glad you found something pretty and the heck with the cost!

I just found out about a store about an hour or so from here that will fit you.  I need to go with enough cash to buy out the store.  I have had this problem for years.  Mine never fit right, no matter how many I buy!

Damn...... I had no idea how expensive bras could be.  Holy Batwings !
However, I have spent a fortune buying comfortable shoes as I've got problems with my arches and ankles so I agree that being comfortable (and liking what you're wearing) are the main issues in buying those items.
If that's what they cost then it's a small price to pay for being, and feeling, comfortable.

The riddle like gift my husband has got for me - still haven't received it yet but I know what it is......
its not good...
So talking with Fraggles and Uni about sisterly naughtiness and fights... I remembered this little bit of fun!...
Well anyone can come and have a look......
