I think they should be, with the hasty decision making process being held by both Brett & the Packers we should want him.
Let’s get Mr. Millen on a conference call with those vacationing Packer Management and make this happen. We should understand that maybe Brett would not want to come to the Lions’ but, that being said it appears that the Packers are not all that interested in bringing him back even for one more run for the ring.
The Lions need a more effective quarterback who is both a risk taker but, also a person willing to take responsibility for his own mistakes including the weight of the team as a leader. Jon Kitna fails to do this on many occasions he places blame everywhere else.
At least Brett is a tad more confident without making remarks on camera that causes the opponent to be more fired up week in week out. Something that Mr. Kitna seems to fail to comprehend at times showing a more immature attitude and total lack of responsibility.
