We went to the old town. There was a fisherman's village once but now this is all about the traveling industry. The oldest houses in Christianos are since the 1960's. There are many wild cats on the island and we saw this one. I also saw a woman who gives it something to eat. On the beach the black boys from Africa try to sell you sunglasses but they don't get any busyness and some women from Africa want to plait your hair. I did not want that. They really don't leave you alone. Well I just wanted to mention this because this is part of life there. WE did have a good day and here are my pictures.
The way to the sea and the old town is beautiful
This street was covered with restaurants. The marquesses side by side. We sat down in one of them.
I would like spaghetti like this man has I said to Pálmi and then also to the waiter. lol
This time we found a better beach and the article of art was near to it. It is made out of recycled rubbish.
They had to try this playground even though it was full of sand. The white sand is imported from Africa. They really have black sand there.
Dining on the veranda.
Our view for a fortnight.
Beautiful sunset promising us a beautiful new day.
In the warm evenings we would play cards with the children before they went to sleep.
