I got so amused at this tan Lab dog this weekend that I saw....
We stopped at a yard sale, and this Lab came around the corner with a silly orange ball in it's mouth---like a plastic pumpkin.
Hubby thought to make a comment at how funny he looked. The owner said, "Yea, I know.... He took almost a year to be able to get it into his mouth, and now he won"t let go. He has been carrying that ball outside now for 4 years!"
Makes you wonder about the goals we have in mind, that we abandon when they are too hard to reach.
I guess it takes patience.
You will get it sooner or later.
And when you do....don't let go.
May not be much point to it by the time you get what you want, but apparently there is some satisfaction in success.
