I put on some music as I got ready for the shower. There wasn't a soul
around so I put my hands above my head and started freestyle dancing just simply enjoying myself.
George Michael was singing loudly. I have his Ladies and Gentleman, Best Of collection. I danced to Outside, Fast Love, Too Funky, Freedom, Monkey and I Want Your Sex. I closed my eyes and imagined myself thin. Somewhere along the way, I began belly dancing. Even more surprising, I began smiling. By the time the CD had finished, I was dripped in sweat and it had never for a moment felt like exercise. I was just having a little fun in my birthday suit.
I did some of my very best hip dropping to this song, Papa was a Rolling Stone.
One of the things I've been wanting to work on as I go through my hypnosis therapy is to find more fun and happiness in life. I want to enjoy more and more of every moment.
I surprised even myself today when I danced naked. But you know, it put a twinkle in my eye and a smile that hasn't faded yet. The me I like is introducing herself. She's been here all along. :-)

If anyone had been around, I wouldn't had done it without my clothes. As it was, it did feel liberating with just me and the music. It was just fun.

One of the affirmations I say everyday and during hypnosis is that "I will love and respect myself unconditionally." It is hard to describe how free I actually do feel.

Ok Creativewoman, hypnosis therapy apparently has had a possitive affect on you. You seem to be exposing an inner glow that you've always had hidden within you but have'nt been able to bring out for all to enjoy with you. I guess the hypnosis therapy supplied you with the key. If you also found the fountain of youth I'm sure you would share . . . you would right ? When your husband becomes aware of this change in you, he quite possibly may feel it is a threat and do something strange and start treating you like the real woman that you have always been. I myself have been playing with a white sock on my hand. It is a puppet named Bruce. Bruce speaks with a British accent and my Godson Sky loves it.
Earlier I left Sky to be with my wife in the kitchen for a few minutes and when we returned Sky was sitting on the couch with his shoes off and his socks on his hands having a conversation ! Wow CreativeWoman what am I gonna do ? I can't return him acting like this ! Well maybe I can, tomorrow I'm thinking about sewing two buttons for eyes on Bruce . I think I'm gonna need hypnosis therapy myself :-)

I might need a heavy brick to get his attention. Anyway, I'm feeling better about me. That's the main thing. I did dip my toes in something, but I'm not sure it was the fountain of youth. You never know what's in a puddle here on the farm. :-)
It sounds like you are wonderful for your godson, Sky. That's truly a great thing you are doing for him. You stepped up to make a difference for him. You know, I've seen kits to make sock puppets out of those monkey socks. He might enjoy something like that you could send with him.

Isn't that CD the greatest? I've discovered he has a new one out that has some old Wham songs on it and some new recordings too. It's called Twenty Five. I'm going to be checking that out. Happy dancing!
