Wow! That is difficult! I had shared custody with my ex., and first, my oldest wanted to go live with her dad, and lived with him from age 10-12. When she came back, the youngest one revolted, and she decided she wanted to go live with her dad, and she stayed with him till she came of age.
I agree with you that is probably the hardest thing there is. Guess my cigarettes look mighty flimbsy next to that. Thanks for sharing that with me, and my thoughts are with you on that one.
JAZZY---been there done that too! don't miss it at all!
smoking for me too...
but i gave it up... and i'm proud of myself for doing that... =)
Hello crybabylu, many years ago ( almost nineteen ) I was a heavy smoker and an athlete at the same time. The two should never be found together but I never ran into problems. My father died on my birthday and I decided to quit smoking at the end of that year which I did . . . cold turkey no cheating not even once. The following year I had many stressful events come into my life including a very serious car accident.( I was hit in the rear of my car by an uninsured driver on New Years Eve.) My family and friends were very concerned and thought I may return to smoking but I did'nt, not once I never cheated ever. But I'll tell you what, not a day goes by that I don't want that cigarette and that really sucks. For some reason it's worse in the beginning of the fall season.
Bus driver eh ? I don't have anything against bus drivers in fact I had a freind who was a bus driver years ago who arranged for me to pull a 340 Mopar bus engine out of a bus and put it into my truck in their shop. After that my truck was the best running truck around. I give you my word that truck seemed to run problem free even with the radiator empty !
I had a bus driver years ago when I was in Jr. High who would alter the ride home and drive down this road lined with pear trees. We would load up on pears since we where so high off the ground. Things were different then. You know the government has taken away alot of our rights ? Kids of today are no longer allowed to beat the hell out of the driver . . . what's up with that ? Just kidding. You take care crybabylu and good luck with the cigarettes.
queen----I remember you telling us about your having given up the smokes, and I think that is wonderful for you to exercise such will power! It couldn't have been easy by no means. good for you!
Cayenne----Thanks for sharing that with us, I was just wondering if anyone else still get the cravings for a cigarette, and you answered that question. Sounds like you have had some events in your life that was indeed eventful. Thanks for sharing that as well. Have a Good one!
