As I awakened this morning, I was grateful when I realized I am still alive.  The blessings of food, shelter, and clothing abundantly surround me.  I slept thru the night and arose sober and clean.  My husband stirred as I got up.  Bless God he is still in the land of the living.  No bad news came by the phone or by knock at the door.  All is well.  Thoughts of those who have requested to be prayed for via email rise to God.  Many people, many problems, yet in God's sight easy to handle.  It's time to serve notice to our problems that God will be handling them today.  In a world of such turmoil, the sun of righteousness arises with healing in his wings.  My eyes turn to the sun, that's the view I enjoy.  Even on a stormy or rainy day,  I strive to remember the sun.
