I sit here on the patio with my laptop and my guardians stationed at either side keeping watch. They have both been rather strict with regard to adherance to doctors' instructions. My breakfast consisted of cold cereal with lofat milk/no sugar, dry wheat toast and tea. Scrumptious!
I do love them dearly and am glad that they are here, but it might be nice to allow an old man to have a moments peace and and indulgence or two. Yes they are reading as I type and making comments along the way.
As an aside, I am in no way angry that they wrote that post the other day. I am a bit surprised though that they did so without any real understanding of what was going on. Nathaniel was indeed quite frightened and understandably so. It wasn't that long ago that we lost his grandmother, and we are in reality just beginning to come to terms with that. I only wish that he hadn't alerted the whole world to my condition before knowing any of the facts. We may have avoided getting everyone worked up over what is in the overall, a very small thing. He just punched me in the arm, see how much he cares about my well being. Beating up on a defenseless old man. Ouch!
Anyway I really don't have anything specific to report at this point. I go back in for more tests monday morning and have a follow-up with my doctor on thursday. I may have something more substantial to report after that.
