We create our Subject and present it as an Object to others.
We gather details about ourselves and the world across various experiences. In order to understand ourselves and the world we put these separate details, collected over time, together.
We synthesize one model representing who or what we are. We then identify with this model as the I. This is the subject or the ego. It is an assembled entity. It is presented to others as an object. We synthesize another model representing the world which includes others as they have presented themselves to us as objects.
These models together are used as a base for experimenting in a simulation or virtual reality setup in which the original I is identified as the I with the ego and as others with the rest of the world.
However the orginal I is neither the subject nor the object and it actually remains itself all along.
