  Not being argumentative, God, but there seems to be a lot of similar elements in some of the teachings, making parts of all of them seem valid. What about the Nag Hammadi? Haven't humans somehow managed to contaminate the Word? 
   
  Are we supposed to take the Bible literally?  If so, why did Jesus speak in parables?

  Jesus knew he had to speak the way he did to make people really think things out.Yes there are other books that sound Godly.This was to be from the start,but do not fall into the snare. The bible is not an easy read,but there is not even one single lie to ever be found in those words.Things are all coming true. How can this be? God sees the past and the future. Satans goal is to try to make the believers tumble. Jesus would not play the game. Name others who have rose from the dead . Jesus rose several others,but it was Jesus who paid the price for you with his own life.
