What are some creative ways to recycle old things found at thrift stores and yard sales and make money? Ive been using my old magazines and making collages from the pages but I have had no luck making any money from it. Any other ideas, tips or tricks?

avoid old electronics. Limited market at best unless high-end.Look for the unique. Look for names.Create sets, like a shadow box or display.Get in the best condition possible. Don't pick it up if it's chipped or badly scratched.If you find something really unique but messy - don't clean or restore it before showing it to someone who knows something about it. You'll know you did well if a dealer offers you a third of what you paid for it.
