Thanks so much for the post cards to the little man, Botty. We got the last two of the three today. And he loves them. They will make a fine addition to his collection for his Cub Scouts project.

Oh, I think the Anne of Green Gables ones work well. They are good reflection of the literary culture of that area. And besides, it was one of my favorite books when I was younger. So see, you were just channeling what I would like when you bought those.

Sowwie. I was confused over what the little man was collecting - postcards or stamps. I bet the Swede's got lots of fun postcards and stamps he could send.Does the little man have a big collection? Does Zayda have a scanner? Flickr would be a fun way to share a collection. -

Ex: He's collecting international postcards and/or stamps for a Cub Scout project to get an academic pin. He has to have postcards and/or stamps from 10 countries.
So far, he has three from Botoni in Canada. And I have a scanner, but it doesn't work with my new computer. But I can probably get the hubby to scan them at work.
A friend of ours is sending one from Japan. Alyss is sending him one from England. And I may be able to get some from distant relatives in Ireland. After that, I'm stuck for some more for a bit. -
