Why Is It That So Many Men Fear Communication?

I am happily married and every year that I get older it becomes more apparent that my male friends seem to either do everything they can to avoid their wives or if they do like to spend their free time with their wives (like me) they are treated like they are idiots.
 
Is it just me?  I could write a book about this stuff.

    Because anything we are interested in women (as a whole, not as individuals) seem bored with.  You don't like movies that are tits, ass, ninjas, explosions and giant monsters (the more you can crap into one film the better).  You don't like sports, you don't like cars (I don't either), you don't have a yen for big guns. 
     
    It hasn't been my experience that men treat females like idiots, but often we are talking outside your area of expertise, I expect you to dumb down subjects I'm not familar with cus otherwise I won't follow
