Not what you think, I have been snorring like the proverbial this last week.  Mind you I'm getting lots of sleep but hb isn't, last night he just couldn't handle it and slep in the spare room.... It must have been really really loud.
 
I have a feeling its to do with my pillows, every morning I wake up with a bad back, which means the bed or the pillows... now until this week the beds never given me a bad back, so its the pillows and how I'm sleeping.
 
Anyone got any solutions? I'm seriously thinking of either taping my mouth shut or maybe putting a peg on my nose.. te he hee its funny in a serious way poor hubbies been losing sleep over this.
 
So any suggestions?

    Hubby snores alot and very loudly! I just nudge him and make him roll to his side. It usually quiets him. I snore from time to time. Especially if I sleep on my back. Try a body pillow and see if that doesn't help a bit. It does help with the lower back pain, if that is where you are having it.

    Lucy - Oh I am so sorry to hear you are waking up sore.  That stinks!  If you sleep on your back, you may want to try making a small roll out of a towel and placing it on top of your pillow so that it supports the natural curve in your neck.  Some people snore more when their head is not in proper alignment with your body.  Most snore less if they sleep on their side.

    Mwaa ha ha haa Woman ~ I tried that until last night I woke myself up with the noise!

     

    I'm gonna try a little more support under my neck, I seem to snore more on my back so we'll see.

    LMAO!  I hate it when I wake myself up from it!  Although, I'm usually TALKING...God that could be incriminating and I HATE it!
     
    Get new pillows first and if that doesn't work, try a new mattress.  I was once perfect in that crappy memory foam mattress that NASA invented for our bed and then, I was getting STUCK in it's "MEMORY" foam.  We purchased a firmer one recently and I have NEVER been more comfortable, 10x's less back pain.  Don't get me wrong, I still have pain but not even close to as bad.  Mr. Daily doesn't snore as much either. 
     
    Another thing you could try are Breathe Right nose strips.  Just make sure you do NOT moisturize before you put one one or they'll keep falling off :-)

    Queenie ~ Now what kind kind of massage do you suggest I ask for huh?? I have something in mind but you may have a better idea!

    Hi Lucy.It si definitely the  pillows.I used to suffer with the same problem.Try and sleep on your side or your stomach for a while and it will stop.
    If you sleep with 2 pillows.Dont.That causes the blockage in the airway that causes you to snore.Also if you been suffering with your back too,it means that 2 pillows has been putting your spine and your neck out of alignment.You will probably find that one side of your neck is also sore.Sleep with one pillow,it should sort it out.
