I was just feeling so bored....and thank goodness CreativeWoman posted a "something to do" blog.....

It relieved my boredom for a bit there....and I am "ish-ish" on the normal thing....

It did make me think of something to post about maybe....

If you had to choose from this list as something to relieve your current boredom, which would it be?

1.  Turn off the computer, go take a shower and cut your hair.

2.  Get dressed, go to a bar or someone's house.

3.  Go read a book/watch tv.

4.  Move the furniture around in the living room.

5.  Go out in the yard, sit under a tree and look at the stars.

6.  Call a friend you haven't talked to in ages (and have to search for their number)

7.  Cook something more complicated than a microwave pizza or baked potato and pig out.

8.  Write a  post, just because it gives you something to do------looking to see if someone comments.

(Like I am doing now!)

Pretty soon, I am headed for the tree....then the microwave.

If the stars aren't out, I will get there sooner.

But I am glad to know I am "ish-ish" on the normal thing, CW!

    Here's some more:

Alphabetize the DVD's under the TV.

    Clean the refrigerator.

    Torment the cat.

Go get stitches after the cat lets you know who's boss.

Comment on wombie's posts.  You can see which one I chose.  :D

MissMimi:  I sorely need to clean out my refrigerator...something is stinking in there....I think it is some hard cheese I bought the other day at a roadside market.

But thank you for stopping by....

First off, I love the idea of this post.

I pick # 3. I'm two thirds through re-reading Slaughterhouse Five. I'd forgotten what a great book it is.

Worked on #6 as well. Went to voice-mail, we'll see what happens next.

Out of sheer boredom I'm contemplating getting all the bills out and paying them.  I'm sure I can come up with something better.  Maybe I'll go cook liver for me and Mimis' kitty.  Seems no one else wants it.

botoni:  No "live'r" for me, please!  And no bill paying, either....I am just burning posts long after I should have said goodnight.....

    Cute post Wombie!
It took a long time but I eventually learned "hair changes" are not the way to relieve boredom and should never be coupled with other life changes, i.e. pregnant, separated, nervous breakdown..... it only adds to the pain.  ;-)

I would either write a blog or call a friend.

gingersoul:  I have the bad habit of lying in bed to watch tv--but sometimes I do watch movies.  Mostly older shows,The History Channel and the Sci-Fi Channel.

MissMimi:  I know!  That was a phrase you don't hear often!

fearing:  I have made the mistake of a few of those radical hair cuts before!

averagejoe:  I got a bit carried away last night with my post writing....When I didn't see anything new to comment on, I clicked onto that blank page and made something-----not good ones, but it was fun.

Queen:  No comment....ha.  Maybe I will read the comics....

Expendable:  Good suggestions!  I especially need to take heed of the first one----and today!  I have a short story almost ready to print out and send in to a contest.  I like the imaginary shopping idea, too!

    travelr712:  Ok.....again, no comment.....ha.

True to their word, on November 11th, Yahoo changed the homepage--yet again. I was ok with that at first because I knew how to go to the very bottom of the page and click onto "Classic Yahoo Mail" to get back to my familiar page where things were...
"On November 11th, this page will be replaced by the new Yahoo! home page."

What if I like what I have?

I've been bounced around on the upgrades, and played with them, and usually come back to the link saying, "Make Yahoo your ho...
