Senator Bob Beers has started a franchise with self made millionaire Richard Bernstein called Beverage Plus Inc. Beverage Plus puts out an energy drink called MC2 sure to be all the rage. Mr. Bernstein is responsiable for starting the franchise ActionCoach which he later sold and First Choice Business Brokers which he later sold. He is currently President of Mars Venus Coaching a business coaching Franchise which he started with the world famous John Gray. Richard Bernstein is a leader in franchising and believes Beverage Plus Energy Drink will be the next phenomenon bigger than Red Bull. bernstein had nothing to do with starting ActoinCoach.. he was an employee. good thing he got fired as soon as the founder came back to the business after 5 years off and saw what kind of guy he really is. he's a crook. stay away from anything he does -

So … because Rich Bernstein is bored and the phone is not ringing – what does he do? He goes online and starts slandering the competition and its CEO to try to scare people away.

Wow! The hypocrisy is astonishing, unless you are familiar with The Real Bob Beers. He runs on family values, but then when he thinks no one is looking, he befriends a man the Las Vegas Mercury has dubbed the “Southern Nevada Porn King.”
It is a fact; Bob Beers received $10,000 during his failed bid for Governor from Raymond Pistol, the “Southern Nevada Porn King.” (see page 23 Campaign Contributions and Expenses Report) Of course, Beers is trying to deny it. And like every other politician caught up in this type of scandal, rather than accepting responsibility he is calling everyone else a liar.
Haven’t we had enough of local politicians who take money from the sex industry to advance their political ambitions? I think we all know where that leads.
Nevada’s problems continue to worsen and this is how Bob Beers chooses to spend his time? Fraternizing with Raymond Pistol, owner of seedy establishments like Showgirl Video and the all nude strip club Talk Of The Town?

Bob Beers Attacks the Children of Gaming Employees
In a tirade unfit for any public servant, Bob Beers attacks the innocent children of Gaming employees. Why? Because this is what the Real Bob Beers does.
Instead of working to help middle class families, Beers lashes out. After a constituent emailed him to support a proposal to help middle class families, Beers attacked gaming employees and their children saying casino workers “sire” children that are “prone to reproducing illegitimate children, abusing drugs and alcohol and even killing themselves…”
As columnist Jeff German put it “This week when he declared casino workers among the worst in society, we saw him as ignorant and mean-spirited—a man who needs counseling.
MGM Mirage Vice President Alan Feldman described Beers’ email as “blatantly discriminatory” and said “I cannot imagine, out of respect for our employees and their families, that we’d want to do anything to encourage Mr. Beers to continue in public service.”
This isn’t just embarrassing for Bob Beers. This is embarrassing to the state of Nevada. Haven’t we had enough of incompetent elected officials?

Beers stands in the way of Nevada improving its educational systems, its public services and the quality of life for the poor, sick and disabled.
Instead he spends his time year after year trying to get a ridiculous law passed for teachers to carry guns in our schools. Obviously a desperate attempt to wipe out those gaming employees children he spouts off about in one interview after another claiming casino workers “sire” children that are “prone to reproducing illegitimate children, abusing drugs and alcohol.
Do you really think we want to keep guns, locked up or otherwise, in classrooms full of children, including Kindergarten where Beers says it should start? It's just a crazy idea, and you don't need to pass this legislation and have a tragedy happen to realize that.

In regards to the post on the Senators participation in the Beverage Drink it is common knowledge in Vegas the Senator would put his stamp of approval on a grenade or gun training school if it meant someone was going to make a campaign contribution to him or he was going to make a fast buck.
Hopefully Beers is on his way out for the safety, security and well being of our youth in Nevada.

Taking into consideration Beers own business partner in Beverage Plus has produced 4 illegitimate children and avoids child support. A quick look at public records in Nevada shows our tax dollars are being used by the Nevada District Attorney to chase down child support from Beers alleged millionaire business partner Rich Bernstein which according to the liens filed against him is avoiding child support for his children. Beers an opprobrium to Nevada who is clearly a hypocrite. He needs to lay off the ridiculous insults against Casino workers which are truely the heart and soul of Las Vegas and clean up his own messy life. -

Senator Beers has new billboard signs up throughout his district claiming that if you want the “truth,” then you have to go to his website to get it.
But the funny thing about the truth is that it’s based on facts.
Senator Beers can’t run from the truth anymore than he can hide from his record. Every bit of information you get from this website is backed up with facts, public record, campaign contributions reports, newspaper articles, emails sent directly from Senator Beers, Beers own testimony in hearings in Carson City, etc.
When you read his website, every bit of information you get from Senator Beers is his own distorted storyline and half truths. Beers offers nothing by way of facts.
This is what desperate politicians do when they fear losing their job. They claim everyone is a liar and you can’t trust them. The problem for Senator Beers is that he can’t sweep his record under the rug.
The Senator Bob Beers Record according to the FACTS that exist:
- He sent an inflammatory email to a constituent claiming that the children of gaming employees are prone to “reproducing illegitimate children, abusing drugs and alcohol and even killing themselves…”
- He sent an demeaning email to a Christian Bishop who happened to be concerned about our economy and in the email Senator Beers disagreed with the female Christian leader’s concerns saying, “there’s gotta be more Episcopalian Bishops besides you.”
- He campaigned claiming he was the candidate with “family values.” Then in 2006 he raised $10,000 from Raymond Pistol, a man who owns an all-nude strip club and a XXX movie production company. Mr. Pistol was dubbed by the local media “the Southern Nevada Porn King.”

On May 24, 2008 Bob Beers filed a Financial Disclosure Statement as required by the Nevada Commission on Ethics. The Senator signed this financial statement himself claiming the information he provided was accurate and complete. The Senator lists several sources of income he recieves from various Corporations and LLC's but does not list Beverage Plus a company that claims on the internet to be operating out of Vegas and Zurich Switzerland. The Senator is promoted not only on the internet as being involved in Beverage Plus but is also listed along with his background in the financial documents of the Beverage Plus Franchise Offering the company sends to perpective franchisee's. The Senator should be required to adhere to the law like every other elected official and held accountable for failing to disclose sources of income or any business entity he is involved in.The Senator does however claim he receives income and is a member of the business entity "Pierce the Clutter LLC ". This company is not listed in any phone directory, does not come up on any websearch, and is not listed as a Nevada LLC so it is unclear exactly what this business is or where or if it is operating. It's time we take Nevada back and not let shifty politicians profit by adding their names to companies just for a fast buck. -

TO THE ABOVE:Beers filed the same financial document with the Nevada Secretary of State:I did some checking with the Nevada Secretary of State and found the corporation Beverage Plus is not in good standing and has been in default for several months therefore should not be operating. In spite of this there are ads all over the internet selling these distributorships or franchises for Beverage Plus. One guy out in New York selling these franchises verified the Senator was on the board of directors and owned a piece of the action and offered to sell me one of these franchises for 50 grand when I inquired. Sorry but NO THANKYOU. So it appears the Senator is still on board. I was also able to find out Beverage Plus is operating without a business license in Nevada which is required. I knew Beers was no good when he got elected and we deserve better. I am sure the Nevada Commission on Ethics would be interested in the above information about Senator Beers and his finances. -
