  i want to know if i have a blood clot or any input would be wonderful. i have a stabbing sensation that is like circulating throughout my body (hand to thigh to knee etc.) and my heart rate is rising along with my temperature and i feel fainty/ nauseated.   Sir, my wife is 26 yrs old. she had irregular p/v bleeding,pain & weakness for 7 days. her lower abdomen usg report shows that a thin layer of fluid with a small echogenic tissue, may be polyp or blood clot. 2 months ago her period was stop and start after 3weeks with a strange pain and a strange blood clot. she thinks it was a abortion and she was pregnant. though urine test of pregnancy during that time shows that she was not pregnant. regular period was start after one month. no problem there. now her hemogloin is 54.3% and hbz<1. how can i be sure that she was pregnant then and she get a atomatic abortion in house.

  I am 20 years old, and for the last 4months or so I have been experiencing tight chest pain, and tension in the left side. It come to the point where i feel that i am going to have a heart attach. My pulse races and i become very sore on that side of my body. It sends tingling down to my finger tips, and causes tight muscles in my neck and shoulder blade. I also feel as though my left lung is useless, and my heart is getting ripped out of my chest. To furthur understand my situation, i smoked cigerettes sence i was 8 years old, about 1-2 packs a day. I also was diagnosed with asthma when i was a toddler. I know what asthma related symptoms feel like, and i am 100% positive that this is more severe than that. I quit smoking 8 months ago, and this chest pain began shortly after that. I used to teach aerobic classes, and workout 4-5 times a week, but ever since this started happening i began to grow anxiety over working out and i cut my workout to 1-2 days a week. At first i thought that these symptoms were panic attacks, but im begining to believe its possible they may be more serious. Im coming to you with help because i dont not have health insurance at this time, and i dont want to go to the doctor if they are going to treat me with something minor as a panic attach. Is it possible that these symptoms are my body recovering from the many years of abused smoking i used to do? Or could they be panic attacks? Or even worse are they warning signs of a future heart attack?

  Hi doctor, I am a 26 year old female. In the last 6 months or so I have been getting chest pain. I was pregnant when my chest pain initially started but had my child 12 weeks ago and the chest pain hasn't ceased. Sometimes the chest pain is slight and last for hours and sometimes it is that painful i can't even move.I have slight pain in my chest that has been there since last night and when i put slight pressure on my chest to check for a heart beat the pressure feels more intense. I can't seem to find my heart beat and am not obese so there's no reason why i shouldn't find it. My family has a history of heart conditions, the hereditry heart being one of them, of which i am not familiar as my grandparents only told me this last year before they passed away. I have felt jolts in my chest area since i was young, sometimes strong but never painful. Should i be worried???
