    i totally agree with it.....with one reservation.

    can't you get in legal trouble for letting your kids do this stuff?
    i mean...i can't leave my nine year old home alone for even a few minutes....she's not allowed to stay by herself LEGALLY till she's twelve!
    i personally think that's BS....she's ready.

    how is that any different from riding the subway alone?
    not that i think the woman was wrong...i think she was right.

    You'd have to ask a lawyer. Laws vary from state to state and what's recognised in one community may not be in another.
