Today was not much better.  Maybe I misjudged my healing schedule.  The constipation situation has been resolved, well mostly.  A shower tomorrow is going to be the test.  It is probably going to wear me out to the point where I have to take a nap.  I really do want to go to work but I can't if I wear out this fast.  1/2 days are a possibility.

My nephew is supposed to be on GMA in the morning for the Waffle House segment.  I am excited for him, but we all know that 15 minutes of tape time could end up being 15 seconds.  I have the DVR set to record just in case we miss it.

Sleep is better but not all at one time yet.  I took a Motrin tonight instead of the heavy duty pain killers.  Because I  have not been able to get out and get another sports bra, we have used the ace bandage tonight and am washing the bra.  Will have to go the store tomorrow to get another bra or three.

Am anxious to get started on my exercising again.  I have a belly that is disgustingly fat.
