Soul Cast has been very slow for quite some time now, and it seems that there are quite a few members that are getting pretty sick of waiting for comments etc. to go through. I don't believe it is any one browser like IE.. it is everyone having the same problem..
SO... whats up with this? I would hate to see this blog site end because someone cannot "fix" this problem.
It is not any special time of day or and special day now...... it is mostly all the time.
HELP........ FIX IT before we are all tired of waiting and leave ~

You know... considering the crap that is placed here on soulcast I could only guess why the owners of the place would not waste time and money to speed it up. If I owned this site I wouldn't waste another penny on the thing.People selling fake watches with the same fucked up post day after day. Other screwballs writing about having sex with young children. That LDS nut placing his/her crap over and over.The right-wing nutters, the god advertisers, the perverts, the commercial advertising posts and that swami fruitcake all make this a less than interesting enterprise. I would guess that it will simply fold up one day due to what it has become... a failure. -

I have also been dismayed in recent weeks by this site's incredible lag in load time most of the time I'm here. Are there any plans to resolve this issue?

There are choices here. Either we admit defeat to the beast or we carry on. I carry on. Soulcast will never become anything unless it's member become something. Fake jewelry and pedophilia are not an acceptable criteria for a social website. The choice is ours. The elements that are good should be encouraged and remain; the trash should be rooted out. -

Posting and commenting is taking too long. Either something new is causing it or the db needs some work.
Until SC puts something in where the bad stuff can be removed like the voting system they'd suggested or making some of the older soulcasters mods, things are not going to change anytime soon.
Part of the problem will be disputes over whose content gets pulled - so SoulCast will need to figure out some way of holding onto that deleted content.
