   "If you change how you look at things the things you look at will change." By changing how you look at the desired end result to gaining commitment may change your results. So if are not happy with the results, then try changing your thoughts.

  I think true life success isn’t found at the office or in the workplace.  It’s found in the your everyday life.

  Committing the time to the project is very important.  We may want to be successful, but if we are not committed to the task at hand, that is just wishful thinking.. 

       1.   One has to prioritze.  Obviously, one doesn't have time to do all that one could do to achieve, so you have to prioritize which is the most important.

      2.   Actively Contribute.  Make the time you spend really count. 

      3.    Be Proactive, not merely Reactive.

      4,    Be focussed, not given easily to distractions.  Stay the course until it is done.
