Researchers have discovered that people with sleep apnea show tissue loss in brain regions that help store memory. The findings emphasize the importance of early detection of the disorder, which afflicts an estimated 20 million Americans. Sleep apnea occurs when a blocked airway repeatedly halts the sleeper's breathing, resulting in loud bursts of snoring and chronic daytime fatigue. I'm sure you all have battled insomnia at some time or another and know how frustrating and exhausting it is to be sleep deprived. The past couple of weeks I've only been able to maintain 3-4 hours sleep per night, and that's on a good night too....
yup....it's not even nine pm and she's already asleep!!!!

*HUGE sigh of relief*

granted bedtime is SUPPOSED to be at 7:30
and i'm HAPPY if they are in bed by 8.
resigned if they are in bed by 8:30
