Eldest is healing very well. She's maintained her regimen as prescribed by the doctor. Now her face looks like she just had a really good facial. Thank godness!
She's gone to her aunt's for the summer to babysit. It will help Aunty Trinket out as well as letting eldest get some time away from old Mom. Plus she's earning a little money for herself.
If I ever get my pc up and running I will post up the pictures of eldest holding, of all things, a fawn they found in the creek. A baby deer whom they (Eldest and her cousins) rescued from dogs. They took it back to the house to clean up before taking out into the woods where MAMA DEER came looking for baby.
This is what farm living brings you. Really cool life experiences with wildlife! And eldest will never forget it. That's fo' sho'!
