Last week, I tried on accomplishing the the part 2 of the online testing of the US based call center. As I was through with the application and part 1 testing, question and answer, I was required to enter the Applicant ID number. The test ran for 15 minutes uninterrrupted time. Because I was not using our residential landline phone, or rather using my cellular phone, I got confused when the recorded voice instructed to me start entering the ID number with the telephone key pad. For every seconds I pressed the key pads, the answer was "incorrect" until it expires, then a situational story of agent and customer followed which required me to answer the question. Whew!!!  I was destructed by the inability to enter the number and did not mind to answer the question at all. Though, answering it would still make the test incomplete. There was no re-take of the test since it was only to be taken once.

The failure would also relate to my frustrations to access a landline owned by my sister. She always pays the telephone bill. If there is any questionable amount registered on the bill, she always has to do a cross checking with me. Before, I proceeded to the part 2 of the test, I told her that the US-based call center sent me an e-mail instructing me to call through a toll-free numbers.  I also explained to her that I applied for a data entry job wherein I could set my own time doing office at home. But, her re-action was non-supportive to my efforts to obtain a job.

So, that is all of my frustration and failure.  Anyway, if I did it well, I would still to wait either I pass the test or not. For I was not yet sure if the opportunity was really for me or not. At the end of my exertion, I felt exhausted. But, I thought there were still some brighter prospects in the internet.
