It went well, their Mom was nicer and more polite and seemingly to sort of enjoy herself as well.
They were giggling and torturing their father with the Movie boldly entitled....High School the Musical.
I kept begging for the Wiggles instead. It failed by Veto of 4 to 1. Yeah thats right Mom voted against me.
We had a nice time other than being instantly reminded of the Wedding day I so long to forget by the children who were a result of that union and consequential divorce. My children often look at the pictures she failed to rid herself of and they never let me forget it.
I can only hope that the remaining visits this year and in the future go as well. I only get 4 hours a month once a month due to the cost of the drive and their Mom's wanting a little more freedom in the schedule.

That must be really hard but i am glad that you guys had a good time together. Just earlier today I recalled the Mrs. Doubtfire divorce case where the dad and mom try to make each other miserable. For the kids's sake you guys have to be kind to each other. High School Musical? One of my students loves that movie. And the sequel!
