The generic definition of a phoenix is a bird that rises again from the ashes (or basically nothing)
The generic definition of paradigm is a model (a plan) for success.
I combined the two to basically mean a company that is rising from nothing to be a model for success.
I have a myriad of ideas that I'm working on and hopefully I can run with this name.

its an anagram for christina, see? I think its pretty cool too. Lenny (lbfno) calls me starchy knee...silly huh? I didnt even think about the possible pronunciations -
