I'm off to a baseball game this evening. My nephew is playing, so high gas prices or not, I'm off to go watch him play. He calls me the "paparazzi" since I've always got my camera. My lawn chair is loaded and I'm about to head out the door.
I know I need to catch up on some comments. I'll try to do that later tonight after I get back. It's nice to wind down the day here with my SC friends.

I cheer a bit for him. I do my best not to be the embarrassing aunt. He's told me before that he hears me call out his name. "Go, G!" I clap when they do well. I don't make a spectacle of myself. The main thing is that he knows I'm there and that I'm proud of him. :-) He's 15 and baseball is serious business these days.

That's probably an understatement, especially with a family. I've just been going to my nephew's home games and have been three times already this week. :-)
