Lucy ~ heck of a choice huh? well me too, i'd hate to do either one!
  • naturalboi said on May 31, 2008....

What if they were on in the same?  Lawyers suck!

I'd have to take the serial killer case.  Then I'd hire him to take care of the KKK dude!

Natural ~ yup, in the old days, i'd say the kkk were killers. yup one in the same!!!! thanks for giving me a *smile* on my face! thanks again for playing. take care ~see ya

I wouldn't mind defending either one. I'd throw the case and see that the guy got fried.

Ifbno ~ good morning. when i was looking thru the questions, to see which one i wanted....i thought the same as Natural said....one in the same dude.
i was having so much fun late last night, then the big bad storm came in. hope all is well with you. ~see ya

I think I'd stand the both of them up against a wall and use them for target practice.   But since that wasn't one of the options I think I stand along side naturalboi there  and take the serial murderer.  Got no use for either of them though.

I like Mr. 7's answer. Just because you have to defend them, doesn't mean you have to do a good job of it!

Ooooooh! Damn it! I knew my English would betray me! Pleeeeeease, as to a NON-native english speaker, tell me what K.K.K. means:(((((( *sobbing*
  • Me-Myself&I said on May 31, 2008....

Soaring ~ yup i thought Naturalboi's answer was pretty cool. my mind and soul can not go there....i mean, how either one of those folks could do what they do/did. pretty evil don't you think. lordy. thanks hon for hanging in there. have a good one. ~see ya

Evil ~  aren't they sworn in to do their best for whoever, whatever. hmmm?

Quna ~ K.K.K. stands for Ku Klux Klan. They are a group who believed if you aren't a certain race or color you were.... not to be excepted. (As nice as i can say it.) They wore white sheets and hoods, burnt crosses in the name of God. bad bad bad!!!! google them, that's part of America history, not long ago. They still gather too in the south. bad bad.  anyway, i'm glad you know nothing about them. Thanks for playing my friend. ~see ya

like l7 said. doesnt matter which one u defend...who says you have to do a good job. =)
  • diabolicdame said on May 31, 2008....
I'd take the serial killer and then defend him badly so I lost.. hehehehe..
  • Expendable said on May 31, 2008....

Let's hope none of you ever get accused of anything. It would totally suck if your own lawyer didn't even try to defend you because they thought you didn't deserve the effort. But getting them disbarred after losing the lawsuit and getting 75% of their cash (your new lawyers get 25% and screw the rest out in fees later) plus a re-trial should make it interesting.

Serial killers come and go. But defend the grand master of the KKK and nobody'll forget you - especially if you get him off of whatever charge it is.

Sure, you'll need 24x7 survelliance and unlisted phone numbers afterwards but the drive-by paintball/egging will be worth all of that when you write the book.

Oh, thanks for explanations Memy:) No, I know what the Ku Klux Klan is, i just didn't know that K.K.K. was that.
Than my answer is this: Both! I would just purposely loose the case and so send them all to the jail, or something worse. *evil smile*
  • Me-Myself&I said on Jun 01, 2008....

Hinana ~ Thanks. The oath the lawyer swore by. Read Expendable's comment. Alittle greed going down, but for sure motivation. Part of the role. Have a good day. ~see ya

Diabolicdame ~ here's the deal with why i would defend the Serial Killer instead of the Grand Master.... i can accept a crazy, insane person. but the master of K.K.K. is neither crazy or insane just evil. So, if i was FORCED in defending one or the other and "live up" to my Oath, i'd go with the Serial Killer. I would do the best as i could too, i'd be forced to. Thanks.

Expendable ~ It's one way to think of it, for sure. But the main point is ....the lawyer must do his job according to his oath. right? i liked your answer. Thanks.

Quna ~ if the evidence is true, they will get there just punishment. This is a down and dirty question. very interesting. Thanks.

Me-my: I get it.. makes sense.. there is a difference between insane and just pure evil!
  • Expendable said on Jun 01, 2008....

There's a lot of nasty jobs out there that regular people do every day because it has to be done.

  • Thinker89 said on Jun 01, 2008....
i would be the lawyer... cuz u could always just be a bad lawyer and loose the case

Thinker ~ that seemed to be the most popular comment. i thank you for your visit. Take care ~see ya
